matsui mf160 not working!?

our matsui dishwasher has stopped working, the on off button makes a bleeping sound for about a minute, then will go off, the programme buttons flash once and then go off, so we cannot select ANY programme. We had to empty it by hand, as it was seemed like the drainer was jammed, so we poured some boiling water down to try and see if there was a blockage. That seems ok now, but it just WON"T work, PLEASE help!
