how can i gain access to my house alarm its an nexus 8 ?

To Reset Codes
• Remove mains power, open cover and disconnect battery
• Remove auxiliary fuse.
• Apply mains, reconnect battery and replace auxiliary fuse. All codes
are now reset.
To Reset Factory Program Settings
• Default factory program settings are returned by programming zone

..... and if the alarm was included as part of the sale of the house, was it itemised as 'not working' or similar, if not, go back to the vendor for the information or if they don't have it, to get a company in to sort it for you.

You should either have access to a manual on the alarm, or you should be able to go on the nexus website and download a manual. Otherwise, if you know who the previous owner had as their alarm system provider, the provider will be able to give you information needed to get your alarm setup and reset with your personal codes.
