Mend Renault Kangoo 1.5 dci 70 Dci Engine Start

why does my van not start-renault kangoo 1.5 dci 70?

engine turns fine but wont start ( hot or cold )
tiny squirt of easy start and it starts up and runs nice
i have heard its quite a common problem has anybody ever cured one!!!!!!!
whats the commomnest fault

Fit new glow plugs and check for air leaks on the fuel inlet side causing air locks in the pipes
