What spare part do I need?

Hi, we have a Tricity Bendix DSIE456 cooker, and the main oven has stopped working. The fan still comes on but the oven does not heat up. There is the 'cook pot' symbol on constantly on the display. We've tried turning it off & on etc. Help!
