I need to install a blade housng under the deck on my Cratfsman riding mower?

Assuming you mean the spindle housing, remove the deck, remove the blade, pulley, and any guards on the top. Unbolt the spindle (actually called a mandrel), and replace as an assembly (bearing replacement is a macne shop job).
