Mend Craftsman LT2000 Hook Riding Help

Where does cable hook up at?

I bought a used Craftsman LT2000 riding lawn mower at an auction. I need help figuring out where the cable clutch hooks up? I know there the spring hooks up to the mower deck but I can't figure out where the cable housing attaches to under the mower. I looked at the owners manual and parts diagram. The part number is 169676. Thanks in advance for your help.
