Whow can i fix my GE tv model 25gt506?

My GE tv, model number 25gt506 isn't working properly. Channels 14 and up work
fine, but can't pick up any channels from 2-13. The Cable/air setting is
correct (air) and everything else looks correct. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
