Mend Kenmore Front End Washer

I have a Kenmore front end washer. ,?

It is not draing water. The pump sound like it is sucking air, then air a few minutes, the water siphons out of the air tube supply and goes all over the floor. Worse thing is that I have a second floor laundry.
