How can I fix a Whirlpool Front loader?

The powder is not being dissolved from the tray. The washer does all the cycles except for take the powder, which remains dry and untouched at the end of the wash.

two things to do clean the dispensor top take the soap drawer out and clean if you have any garden strimmer wire poke it in the holes to clean the jets. also take lid of machine look on top pf the soap dispensor for a round plastic peg and clean all the lime scale off
