Mend Gardenline TS - 2400/2004 Off Switch Failed

The on/off switch has failed on my Gardenline Shredder?

I bought a Gardenline Shredder/mulcher from Aldi and the on/off switch has failed
The model number is TS - 2400/2004 and the switch has the code KJD16 on it
Anyone know where I can get a eplacement please

I had the same problem bought a new one from Axminster and it still didn't work.

the Gardenlines Shredder from Aldi model EGS2200 has a faulty overload protection switch (KEDU RB2) this can be by-passed but not advisable as the motor could burn out. I'm waiting for information from Gardenlines. I have found the part in China but must buy a truck load and as I only need one? If I do source the OP switch I'll post the information.

I to had the same problem.I got a switch from Axminster Tool Centre cost about £10 but still it wont work.

A thorough Google search or Ebay sellers are the usual sources

If not check Maplins catalogue

Check and make sure that it is not a generic make with a Gardenline label on the outside. If it is, then search for the generic maker
