replaced element on dishwasher when switched on programme lights failed to activate and unable to select program. Resorted to pressing 'delay' button and off/on button as per manual machine started and went through reset showing codes 18 to 11 before stopping and showing 63 in the display The door will not open and the only the on/off switch responds
What do you mean the door won't open? It is a dishwasher. It does not have a door lock, just pull door and it will open. Then switch power off and pull plug from power socket, wait a few minutes and plug back in and see what happens then. Post result back here.
