code 49 fisher paykel intuitive eco washing mackine?

when switched on at the power, code 49 pops up and saying it needs a service,we havent taken it any further,thinking of doing the servicing ourself,and what is code 49.thanks

Fisher & Paykel Fisher & Paykel 49 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Washing Switched Power

Code 49 is a problem with the cold water inlet valve. Open the panel & make sure the 2 blue wires are connected properly to the valve. If they are & error 49 still comes up then replace the cold water inlet valve.
