How can I fix my simpson encore 605 6.0kg heavy duty washing machine?

There is power to the washing machine, and to the main switch (inside the panel). However there are no lights, no response to any buttons. The internal fuse (inside the panel) is OK

Short simple answer. If there is power to the switch & to both sides of the panel fuse (fuse not blown) then the PCB board needs repair or replacement

More from Simon - I have checked the 'lid open' switch and it does not need adjusting.
I live on a remote island (Great Barrier) and run off generator power - could this be related? Service people are a long way away!
