Mend Hoover HNL6166 Banging Noise Machine

Hoover HNL6166 making loud banging noise when spinning?

I have had this machine for just over 2 years but just recently it has started making a terrible racket and shaking during the spin cycle, even if I just half load the machine. Can anyone help please?

sounds like a counterweight spring problem. partselect sells the springs to fix your problem.
