freezer not freezing red light flashing bulb inside also flashing could it be curcuit board

mine did the same thing it was also making a clicking noise which i believe was the relay, i replaced the pcb. very easy job took about ten minutes. i bought the pcb from partmasters website it was around 70 quid.
