My Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher is stuck on prog Eco 45?

I ran the longest programme on delay as usual, when I came down in the morning the motor was running and the dishwasher was stuck on the eco 45 programme, the tablet had not released but the dishes were clean (obivously only part way thru the prog) I turned it off at the switch but not the socket but it will not re-set, it just keeps going back to the eco 45 prog and the motor continues to run. Before I call the little man and pay big money has anyone got any ideas please ?
