Mend Fiat Stilo 1246cc Petrol Engine Tank

Fiat stilo problem?

Fiat Stilo 1246cc petrol. Engine turns,good spark,petrol in tank but no fuel to the manifold.I have managed to `suck`the petrol to the end of the line where it enters the manifold.
My only concluion is a fuel pump problem.Is this correct? If so do you know where it is located
