1998 ford focus starting problem?

my 1998 1.6 zetc focus starts fine then after been run for a bit wen you turn the ignition off and come to resart the engine it will not start but if yiu leave it for about a hour or longer the car will restart......i have heard lots of theorys like crankshaft sensor ,coilpack and also fuel pump.....please advise if you can
