Mend Peugeot 406 GTX Estate Side Working Fixed

both of my passenger side windows have stopped working how can it be fixed?

both of my passengers window's have stopped working on my peugeot 406 gtx estate on a 1999 v reg i have looked in the fuse boxes and none of the fuses have blown can you help with this problem please anyone
