Mend Derbi Senda Peugeot Engine Runs

derbi senda?

i have a peugeot xps trials with derbi senda engine 50 cc 2 stroke it runs but its got a a serious lack of power and its spitting petrol back through the carb i got the bike as it is have cleaned the carb rite out and got anew air filter for it any suggestions

the reed petals may be fractured or broken on the reed block this will allow blowback through the carb and a lack of precompression in the crankcase which in turn messes up the transferral of the new fuel air mix.
