Mend Peugeot Speedfight 100 Engine Starts Runs

Engine starts and runs bachwards?

Speedfight 100 has an aftermarket CDI unit without immobilser. It starts on kickstart after a few backfires but then runs backwards ?

It sounds to me like your ignition timing is 180 degrees out. I don't know your specific bike so I can't tell you how to adjust it. If you haven't got a manual, I suggest you get a competent mechanic to look at it.
