Why cant my JVC MX-D452TR turn back on after accidentally un plugging it?

Why cant my JVC MX-D452TR turn back on after accidentally un plugging it whilst it was playing? Im very confused because the standby light is on but the buttons just wont respond so it stays in standby???!
