i also av the voice over but correct me if i am wrong that this is skys doing for those who av dificulty in following the film but i cud b wrong.i av the euro max and i get it quite alot.

press red button and 2 english languages should come up select the second 1 and it will dissappear

i have had lots of models of , eurovox , and i have never seen this , are you sure its not a setting on the tv ....
