No signal after downloading new channel list?

after downloading and restoring all channels to my eurovox max box, all i get now is "searching for signal", or "no signal"
All cables have been checked,and the box has been "flashed" several times,but still get the same msg. Signal is comming through on my new eurovox EX1000 SL.
Can you tell me if there is any other firmware i need to download,and if so where do i get it.

Thanks for answering my prob mick, as i stated ive managed to restore all the channels back on to the euro max box, and the setting is 6887 but still get the same msg. no signal. Do you no if there is something else i can try?

so you have 2 eurovoxs, the max" and the ex 1000sl, i think that you have changed the (symbol rate) on the max " to its default setting , thats why one is working and the other is not , because it cant find the transponder that it should be on " because you have reflashed it with new firmwear, and now its scanning the wrong (symbol rate) the rates should be 6887 for ntl , and 6952 for tellywest , virgin m ect , TRy a( DEEP scann) if you have it on your menu, in (istallation) it will take longer , but it wil find all working transponders m for you , mick
