Mend MTD Pinto Drive Belt Mtd

How do i change the drive belt on a MTD Pinto?

The cutters on my MTD pinto wont rotate and cut, the grass box is in correctly and the solinoide switch is engaged, the drive belt seems slack, how do i tighten or replace it.
