Mend Vulcan 22 Series Unit Blowing Air

how do l fix a weak fan?

Have cleaned out fan with vacum cleaner, by removing fan from unit and blowing air through it. Returned to unit. fan power increased for afew weeks but still not strong. and is hardly blowing at all now. 22 Series wall furnace. Vulcan.
