my renault megane scenic dynami 20001 the left hand side rear break is breaking unevenly and the right hand side is to can you tell me what the problem is and how to rectify it

If you mean the handbrake it may just need adjusted at the wheel.
If it's the footbrake it may need new pads/discs, may have a sticky caliper or piston or may have a weak/bulging brake flexi-hose.
