Mend Renault Laguna 1.9dci Rear Side Wheel

Knock on rear off side wheel Renault Laguna 1.9dci 2003?

Hi,noticed a distinct knock which seems to be coming from rear wheel when driving hard left or over speed bumps/manholes,etc.The Renault garage can only suggest the rear axle bushes,but they have only been changed in last 4 months,any ideas/help appreciated?
