press the function button twice within 4 seconds then press the red button for pal mode green for rgb mode yellow for YPbpr mode blue for HDMI/DVI mode then pess ok or exit and your done courtesy of roges electronics ps the dam boxs are a nightmere when your stuck once done then go into the menu fo your own settings cheers
