You could try the Argos dedicated Bush helpline (Bush seeming to be no longer being a respectable brand, just a name bought by a retailer)

You probably need to get a Device Driver (software) for your webcam.

You will need to match the machine's operation system - Windows 7 / Windows 8 etc with the Make & Model of the Webcam

Sometimes from the Microsoft site but more usually from the site of the manufacturer of the camera.
