Mend Philips iD9372B/05 Cordless Phone Reset Batteries

my philips iD9372B/05 will not register to base station?

My phone has stopped working will not register to base station icon keeps flashing in top right hand corner We have changed batteries but nothing seems to work we have tried to reset .
