Mend Countax Mower Engage Switch

HOW CAN I FIX CLUTCH ON COUNTAX RIDE ON MOWER?

ELECTRIC CLUTCH WILL NOT ENGAGE TO DRIVE PULLEY FOR CUTTERS SWITCH AND FUSES SEEM TO BE OK, BLADES RUN FREELY CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE.

No detail of removing clutch from year 2006 W x15 countax series 2 wheel drive,removed belt wheel and bolt on top of clutch but clutch still very firm can’t remove also removed clutch stability bracket,any diagram or info on remove and replace appreciated.

Put 12 volts directly into the clutch terminals - if it won't engage then you need a new clutch unit.
