Starting 3.75 hp throttlefree briggs stratton?

priming button causes starting for only few second, using quickstarting fluid gives same result, starts runs few second then dies.is it fuel flow problem mower stood outside several months i drained gas put fresh gas with a little rubbing alcohol per friends advice
what should i do now
