Mend Triton rapide 1 Water Turned Flow

Triton rapide 1 shower unit ?

The unit my only produces hot water when turned up to 9 or 10 the flow is poor so I have to then turn down to a lower temperature to get some flow.

Just before this fault developed the relevant house circuit breaker was tripped.
