How can I fix my bathroom bib tap where the water does not flow when turned on?

Undo the tap centre from the main body (water off, naturally) and you'll find the washer has stuck down, probably with the jumper too. Fish it out, put a new washer on, and put it back together. open the tap before finally screwing it down.
