Mend Reich single lever twist mixer tap Ceramic Tap Dripping

How do I change the ceramic filter on my Reich mixer tap?

I have a Reich single lever twist mixer tap which is dripping underneath. I believe it could be the ceramic filter but I cant see how to get in to change it.
I have removed the entire tap from the sink. What do I do next???
