HOOVER HNF2137 WASHING MACHINE VERY LOUD WHEN SPINNING?

its more likey the front concrete weight at the front, depending on the damage done, you may be able to retighten the bolts holding it, other wise you will have to take the complete tub assy out, to change the front plate, normally you have to change the complete tank assy, which needs a mode kit, if the machine is under 5 years old - try getting hvr out ( cost about £110 ) labour cost - but parts are free

check the drum for up/down movement by pushing with hand at the 12 o clock position, if any movement bearings have gone, also check the concrete weight bolts are tight they can work loose
