Concept Alarm?

Hi,
We recently had our doors changed upstairs and our alarm will not recognise them, so we were only able to set the downstairs which was ok. Now our movement sensor in the lounge has also stopped working so we can only set the front door. We have noticed that the wire which are in the loft can alter this and have treid this but still no joy?

Can you give me any advice?
