Mend Ideal Standard Tulip Top Flush Wc Cistern Lid

How can I repair a small hole in my white Ideal Standard Cistern Lid?

I have an Ideal Standard Tulip Top Flush Wc - colour White. Accidentally dropped spray cannister and it resulted in a 5mm hole plus surrounding (fine) cracks in the porcelain - about 20mm radius.

Product is 8 years old and has been withdrawn. Tiled walls and Karndean flooring make replacement WC very undesirable.

Can it be repaired and how?
