Mend Vauxhall Omega Auto Gearbox Reg

omega auto gearbox?

Can anyone please help.
i have an omega estate 2.0 s reg auto, it has developed a fault whereby it sometimes slips out of gear. When this happens a yellow light appeares on the dash. Is this a major fault and loads of money or something cheap???????
