Mend Swordfish 230LR

How can I fix my Swordfish A4 Home Office 230LR laminator?

It was playing up a bit and chewed up a page that was actually a laminating pouch that I had cut in half to make smaller! It was 3/4 stuck inside and I needed to pull very hard to get it out (the direction that it had gone in). Now it won't seem to catch and feed my pouches in! What can I do??
