I ca receive some emails but not others. what is the problem?

see whether you have set those email address as spam mails or not....if yes just remove it from spam section......some times mails ill be filtered based on content of subject or body of mail messages so check for it

Check your spam box, sometimes email providers filter spam messages based on the content or certain words contained in the messages.

i had same problem was told told empty my deleted box and any old emails i didnt want,, some are to big for the amount of space you have left also was advised to turn off router for ten minutes and then reboot everything. dont know which one worked cause i done both but everything now ok
