Mend Philips 32" Tv Standby Light Power

My TV doesn't switch on. ?

My 32" Philips flat-screen doesn't switch on and there is no stand-by light. I have changed the power leads over in case it was a fuse failure, but still nothing. It is about 4yrs old.
