Mend Samsung LE32C450 Tv Flashing Standby

samsung LE32C450 standby light flashing?

I have the above tv which flashes 6 times then nothing when awitched on could this be the power supply or something else?

Hi,
I have replaced the psu and the problem still remains.....there were no bulging caps on either board and yes I have some experience in electronic repairs
