my ford cargo h reg horse box has been running fine, a friend borrowed it last week and said they had no problems with it but today when i went to use it it wouldnt pull away properly and was very sluggish esp in low gears any ideas what may cause this?

check the little glass pre filter on the lift pump its probably full of cr*p

is handbrake seized on, happened to us a couple of years back, check for excessive heat in one of the rear wheels after driving

try checking the filter bowl on the primer pump fitted below the fuel filters usually cloggs up
