Noisy Drum on Hotpoint WD71?

The dum on my Hotpoint WD71 is very noisy, when washing and spinning. I have checked when off and there is lots of movement up and down with the drum. The shock absorbers and 2 springs on top look secure.

if the inner drum can be moved up/down just by pushing at the 12 o clock position on the internal drum i'm afraid bearing have gone.
