Mend Renault Megane RXE Drivers Side Inside

How do I fix my electric window?

I have a 1996 R reg Renault Megane RXE and the drivers side window won't go up or down, inside the door I can hear the motor working but nothing is happening. Its as though the window is jammed! However all the other electric windows in the car work fine!!
