warning light displayed on 'rowenta compact line 2200 program' ?

i have noticed it has been a little noisy, especially when turning on and off, with liquid like noises and the fan sounded a little noisy. it has been in the garage un-used for 3 years but it has been working fine and very cold until it suddenly stopped working and displayed the warning light? help please!!!!!!!
