Mend Heat Turned Heating

laminator will not heat up?

My laminator got jammed and i took the back off and managed to get it out when i put it back together and turned it on the rollers are working and the lights are working but the laminator is not heating up, how can i fix it as it is not mine and i have borrowed it of my sister she,s gona kill me lol,
