Pfaff 1471, oiling question?

Where do I oil my machine? My manual does not give any answers. I bought it in 1988, and just now having to replace the batteries! Just oiled the needle bar as to Ken's instructions, as it was doing what Vicki's was doing!

If there is anything else I should be doing, PLEASE let me know!

Hello Lillian,
You can take the top completely off if you undo all the screws on the top and if I remember you may have to undo the screws on the handle, not too much oil on all moving parts.
